"Love this place Bryan the customer service manager was excellent really went out of his way to make sure that me and my family were comfortable. I also left my backpack in the lobby while I was checking out. He brought it to the airport and delivered it to me. Thank you, Bryan."

Everything was good.
Overall such a great stay. The staff helped arranged multiple things for us and helped accommodate our wheelchair user. They helped load and unload our luggage's and bags. Overall just exemplary service. Thank you to the staff here at Astoria."
