Lovely little hotel when in Antigonish. Big parking lot, convenient to both the town and the highway. Super comfy beds and pillows! They also offer an evening meal (which was ok but could have been better) which is extra, and an included breakfast which is basic but does the job!

We really enjoyed our stay at Evergreen. The room was nicely presented and very clean. The Inn was easy to find and only a short trip into town to find restaurants. Would highly recommend.

It was in a good location. The breakfast was very nice. The property is well maintained and the host was very friendly. Lots of places to eat nearby.

What was unique was that there are no staff on site. Check-in was by code and breakfast was help yourself in the kitchen and wash up your own items. Not a problem and the place was very quiet- perhaps too quiet for some. So not really a hotel if by that you expect a manned reception and a bar. But the room was very good and well appointed and the hot tub and seating area a bonus, and the location on the river bank was great.

Unique checking in and ordering of breakfast on our trip but it was easy to do and offered a fair choice. Nice clean room and great shower.

Great breakfast and really good service

We got here very late and the front desk person was very helpful and clear on the phone explaining how it would work if we were later (we just made it before he left!). Unfortunately we had to leave before the breakfast place was open. The hotel served our purposes well.

Friendly staff, clean & conveniently located close to highway. No lift to first floor, which we knew about, so not a major issue for us.

A beautiful resort with plenty of activities alongside golfing including a spa, free use of bicycles, tennis etc. Also plenty of wildlife viewing opportunities including bears, deer, foxes and seals. The room was lovely and a good size with a balcony overlooking the golf course and sea. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and the food was exceptional and service professional but friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and the chef and bar staff were happy to accommodate special...

The room is a nice size, and the bed along with the pillows are really comfortable. The location is great, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants.

Ideal stop off on the road from Halifax to Cape Breton. Large clean room, comfortable beds, in-room coffee maker and fridge. Lots of food options within walking distance.
