Cleanliness, great staff, the availability of amenities on site and great spacious rooms with all requirements (bath robes, towels and lovely shampoo+conditioner). The balconied room is further space to enjoy evenings.

Nice hotel, very spacious rooms, comfy beds and bedding, decent food, very good animation team, nice pools. You'll need a car though to get to the beach and shops or be prepared to get taxis although I think there is a shuttle bus but not sure how often in runs.
