"Nos hospedamos tres noches en este hotel, que es muy lindo y apenas tiene dos meses de haber abierto. Elegimos una suite que es prácticamente un departamento, bastante amplio y con todas las amenidades necesarias para una estancia cómoda. Lo que más quiero destacar es la atención personalizada de todo el equipo: desde las camareras y el personal de cocina hasta quienes nos atendieron en recepción. Todos fueron muy amables y estuvieron atentos a cada detalle de nuestras necesidades. Además, me permitieron hacer el check-out más tarde porque tenía una reunión por Zoom y me ofrecieron todas las facilidades para atenderla con tranquilidad. ¡Un detalle que agradezco mucho! Gracias también a su gerente , Gabriela . Al ser un hotel nuevo, considero que todavía hay algunos aspectos por ajustar, especialmente el aislamiento acústico, ya que se escuchan los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas y del piso de arriba. Mejorar este punto haría la estancia mucho más cómoda y permitiría descansar mejor. Muchas gracias a todo el personal por su atención y hospitalidad."

"Always a great stay. Hotel is a little dated but rooms are kept in excellent shape and very clean. No weird smells. Breakfast super good. Pool always clean and all amenities are great. Complimentary cheeseburgers jumping castle for the kids and little drinks for grown ups on weekend evenings. This last time we stayed they even had a singer show up, it turned out to be such a great evening."

"Julio, the Manager was helpful and professional. We were able to get to our medical appointment on time as he helped getting the taxi and providing useful information about restaurants, markets and to safely get familiar with the city of Piedras Negras. Hotel has a pool, and breakfast included was good. All we needed to have safe and smooth visit."
