"Staff at the reception was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Room was comfortable and had an amazing view. The hotel is close to all major attractions, bars, taverns, restaurants and shopping and transportation. "

"Excellent service from the desk staff when we reported an issue with the air conditioning in our room. The receptionist joined us to the room to check and then arranged for an engineer to fix the issue when we were out. "

"Unfortunately it was a terrible stay. It took 5 phone calls to get into the apartment. We were not sent any instructions. The building is a work site with builders sawing and hammering at 11.00pm. The building is full of smoke, despite there being signs on the wall saying it is a smoke free venue. The pillows, towels and bedding stinks of cigarette smoke. We both woke up sick with headaches as the smoke came under the door at night. My sleep apnea machine is now ruined as it is now...
