"We arrived in evening for 6 night stay. The floor was disgusting. Dirt - lots; rice under the sink & in closet alcove; big dried smears on floor which had not been washed. Reported it to office & they were very apologetic; promised to clean it up next morning. Next morning, room was made up, but still pile of dirt behind bathroom door, & in other corners. Still lots of rice on floor. Reported it to office again. Next day, much better cleaning job. Out of the almost week we stayed, our room was missed by housekeeping twice, not counting the two days it took to get that floor dealt with. I certainly did not expect bedding to be changed every day, but sign in room says they will make beds daily. Never was coffee pod holder full (room for 4 pods). When I talked, yet again, to manager, I was told they don't usually do rooms every day. Yet, sign CLEARLY says beds will be made daily. One would also assume that the floor would be swept/washed & amenities refilled, too. Two days before we left, I told manger to not bother cleaning our last day as we would be packing & in & out of room frequently. We put up do not disburb sign. Then I got a text asking when it would be convenient to come & clean! Staff were very friendly, but I felt our needs/wishes were not met. No sense being apologetic/friendly & do nothing. I booked via Expedia, so everything was prepaid. When we checked in, I asked about checking out a day early & was told I would not be refunded. I do not recommend this motel."
