"Perfect location, spotless clean room. Bedding is superb. Breakfast is balanced and great, staff members are friendly and helpful. The only thing could improve is, we got an attic room, bathroom vanity space is very hard to manage to use. But I would rate this place a 5/5 !"

"Excellent accommodation, exactly as advertised in the photographs. Spacious, good facilities, with air conditioning which was a key requirement for us. Outside seating area for early morning coffee or a quiet evening drink. Coffee and sugar provided, not a lot else if you want to prepare food (plenty facilities and utensils) small corner shop a few minutes away larger supermarket 10 minutes walk. Close to the wonderful Old Town, less than 10 minutes, although the the last few hundred metres are...

"Really appreciated getting a ride from the airport & the driver helping with my luggage up the steps. The views were incredible. And staff was very helpful. They let me leave my bags on the last day while I toured Old Town one last time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay somewhere conveniently located to Pile Gates without locking yourself within the old town where it was super touristy. You get some privacy and nice views of the ocean!"

"What am amazing place and Dijana was simply wonderful to deal with, from the booking process through heling us to get settled and by providing wonderful restaurant ideas, which we really enjoyed. We felt like we were in a home that was spectacular. This was by far one of the nicest places we've stayed in and we highly recommend it as a destination for those coming to Dubrovnik"

"This place isn't really a hotel. It's a self-serviced rental unit with self check-in/check-out.
I would not return, primarily because of the stairs. You have to carry your luggage up 37 steps on a public street, step over a 2-step threshold through a green door into the courtyard, climb 13 steps to the second floor, and then go up 7 more steps inside the unit. That is 59 steps total.
I booked through Expedia expecting a traditional hotel with staff available to drop off bags. Instead, the key...

"A nice, clean, and well-equipped apartment close to the old town and to the Inter-university Center where I attended a conference. AC works fine, which is very important, since Dubrovnik gets quite hot during the summer. WiFi’s speed was a bit unstable. Also, one needs to know that the hot water in the shower lasts for approximately 10 minutes (which is typical for places that have their own water heater), so"

"The hotel was fine, and close to the Old Town. The breakfasts were good with a large variety of food. Our room was sufficient for our needs. However, we had an incident that spoiled our arrival and left me with a negative feeling.
I didn't know the availability of transportation at night from the airport, so I arranged with the hotel to send us a car and driver to pick us up after we arrived. Our flight from Athens was delayed approximately 30 minutes, however some of that delay was recovered...
