"Needs major updates.Dingy carpet and furniture.My 1st night they put me next to the utility closet(maybe that is the room for all expedia purchasers).The room had an unpleasant odor.All through the night the utility closet had a loud vibrating noise.At 4am with no sleep I called front desk and they moved me.The new room was a palace compared to the other.I was abrubtly woken by 2 loud barking dogs in the room next to me around 7am. So maybe by the time I got situated in my new room,I had 1 hour...

"I paid for a double queen bed room with ocean view. View was OK. Room was ok. Once you get to the hotel to do check in there are addtional charges to pay: Resort fee, self parking, and extra fee for 2 adults more in the room. Many of the "premium beds" around the pool are for rent.As so are the chairs and umbrellas in the beach. The restaurant where the breakast is served is quiet caotic between 9 and 10am. With wainting list of 20 min and you have to do check out by 11am."

"The hotel was very clean, no bugs, visible trash/mess. However, when I recieved room service, it was half done. One of two beds were made/sheets changed. Didn’t recieve clean towels, trash wasn’t taken out, no surface wiped down. No toilet paper or soap replaced. The floors were not swept. Generally speaking, the front desk staff was ok. There were a few friendly faces, but the manager and other staff including some in housekeeping are very rude, short, and condescending."

"This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this."

"this hotel was fantastic. The rooms aren’t fancy, however - it checked off so many Boxes for a place at the beach. The access to the bay was great and it has a pool. The beach is a short walk. They have free bikes, paddle boards and kayaks for use you can sign out. They are so friendly and hospitable. the Breakfast has less options than some hotels but it was still great for being complimentary! would definitely stay here again!"
