Comfort Inn & Suites Pottstown Eastern Gateway
10/10 Excellent
"Great location, welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. Room fresh and clean. Breakfast blah, like most hotels/motels the free buffet was uninspiring. Powered eggs, bleh, limited other offerings although the biscuits and muffins were nice."
Hilton Garden Inn Exton / West Chester

"This is such a beautiful hotel. I expected less and was pleasantly surprised. Add the breakfast onto your stay for the few extra dollars, I promise, it will be worth it. The chef seasoned the hot breakfast items to perfection. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. For those staying that are 21+, the bar area in/near the lobby is also very nice. There were quite a few weddings going on the weekend we stayed, and I can see why!"

"Clean and simple hotel, conveniently located for a wedding we were coming for in the area. Breakfast was pretty bad only bagels, bread and cereals us a few apples and oranges. Not even bananas. This is not the kind of place that gives you the waffle maker or warm bacon or eggs or sausage, but for the price the place is correct. My only other criticism was the evening staff lady was pretty rude. When I asked her to change our keys because our key cards had suddenly stopped working. She barely looked up from the computer she was sitting at, didn’t even make eye contact with me or say sorry for inconvenience. Her attitude wasI was supposed to have known that cell phones can wipe the hotel keys from working properly. Otherwise, the young woman who worked during the day was very nice and polite. The hotel was perfectly fine for the price."

"Breakfast food was not hot. Selection was fine but eggs, sausage, and bacon were cold."
