"Walking in to the hotel the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The amenities and breakfast were explained in detail. We ran into an issue with dates and they were able to cancel our reservation and rebook for the following week with no issues. We received the refund in a couple of days and booked for the next dates we needed. I found the staff to be very amenable."

"Hampton Inn Pine Grove is one of my favorite places to stay. So easy to get to a newly renovated and updated. I would have to say the staff is my favorite, always cheerful, friendly and glad to see you. It’s nice to have the truck parking as well and the diner close by although I usually have breakfast at the hotel because it’s consistently good."

"I love staying here when I visit my family. They have been in the midst of upgrading and renovating this location. They are to begin this fall. Currently there is a lot that is t great due to the impending renovations. I can have my dog with me. The staff is excellent. Always helpful. Always kind and will to have a chat. I love this place. I can't wait for the renovations to start."

"Stayed one night after visiting Hershey Park, convenient location! The pool area seemed to be really nice if it was in-season. Hotel was clean, bed and linens were comfortable. Free breakfast was a nice bonus."
