"This hotel was perfect for our stay in Cypress, Texas. The hotel looks and feels new inside and out. The rooms are clean and have a new feel to them. The staff is courteous, kind and professional. The hotel was quite in the evening allowing for a good nights sleep. I had a great experience!"

"How this hotel got almost almost 8.0 rating is crazy to me. The room we stayed in looked like someone had kicked in the bathroom door - the wood around the frame was splintered and held on with screws. There was no secondary lock on the main door. These are minor repairs that cost very little money that would improve the room dramatically, yet they chose not to do them. I would never stay there again or recommend them."

Gilbert (General Manager) worked with me for several weeks to secure first-floor accessible rooms for my 83-year-old mother, and everything was honored exactly as promised. Tracy and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Their professionalism and genuine care made a stressful family weekend much smoother. "Everything was great; but definitely needs a full body mirror. The only mirror is in the rest room and when needing to do make up, hair; etc it just doesn’t work when you have 2 adults and 2 children trying to get ready. Full length mirror please!!! "

"Pool had no water. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Water pressure was very weak but the room was clean. Wouldn’t really call the complimentary breakfast a breakfast at all. For the price my stay was adequate."

"Easily accessed from the highway, easy check in, friendly staff. Our handicap accessible room was larger than any we have stayed in, and provided enough room for s wheelchair to move freely. Loved the decor, upbeat and welcoming. Loved the entire concept."

"It’s basically a I10 truck stop. Mirror Desk drawers and end tables drawers falling apart and off track. Rooms entry door beat up and door jam busted up. Never had WiFi setup in my room. Glad I only needed a room for one night. "
