"Very friendly staff and really helpful"

"Das Zimmer hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Bei einem Zimmer mit Balkon sollte man bedenken, dass es direkt zur Straße rausgeht und es dort sehr laut werden kann. Vor allem, wenn Veranstaltungen in der nahe gelegenen Roig-Arena stattfinden, kommt es durch sehr viel Fans zu starken Lärmbelastungen. Unsere Zimmertür ist nie richtig ins Schloss gefallen. Man musste sie immer zu ziehen. Dies haben wir direkt bei unserer Ankunft bemerkt und der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Jedoch wurde das Problem bis zum Tag...

The main door has no seal so you can hear everything on the corridor but also at night the light on the corridor turn in when someone is passing and instantly lights the hotel room too because of the spacing around the door. Breakfast was ok but repetitive since it's not buffet. Bathroom also not sealed so all the steam goes in the room. Staff was helpful with things when asked."

"Very disappointed at the maintenance of the hotel. We paid around 275Eur for a 1-night stay. The bathroom was really poorly maintained; the shower was a handheld shower that was really hard to turn on as it was soooo old and had floppy controls, the taps were detached from the wall and would move a lot every time you use them so much so that we thought they would fall off. "Quick, easy check-in. Conveniently located room. Very nice outdoor patio with view of the arena. Nice neighborhood, close to popular attractions & shopping. Good restaurants in the area. Could use a Nespresso machine instead of instant coffee but room was quite sufficient!"

"The stay was great we liked that are room was clean and we were provided fresh towels daily. The area has 3 restaurants within 2 minute walk which was nice. We would stay again if we return to Valencia."

"Second time there, everything as expected. Another good stay. All ok, except this time some items were quite limited for the length of my stay (bathing gel, toilet paper), but nothing I couldn’t get at the nearby Carrefour. Highly recommended, good neighborhood, close to a large shopping mall."
