"I was disappointed; I thought I booked a room with two queen beds, but they gave us two full sized beds. The beds were so small."

"Room was clean but on the smaller side. The little extras they gave in the room were very nice, like the chocolate kisses. We appreciated that the soaps were in liquid form. Gym was small but it was nice to have it. Had to pay for parking, $52/day."

"This hotel is beautiful! The staff went out of their way to help us celebrate our anniversary sand were so kind and thoughtful! They have some great amenities and the history of the hotel is just so fun to learn about. Really top notch h place to stay!"

"The Sorrento is a 100 year old well maintained classic hotel. Staff are superb! We enjoyed a double Queen corner suite and it was quite large. Bathroom was updated. There was a portable air conditioner in the bedroom that cooled the room more than adequately albeit it was a bit loud. There is street traffic which wasn't too bad short of the occasional fire/rescue trucks. If you want a modern, "fresh" hotel this isn't it but it has a lot of charm and their courtyard outdoor patio had live...

"Overall an outstanding venue, staff and services -including a top shelf breakfast, although location is a little out of the way, even if really near the Seattle Needle and public transportation stations to Downtown, Pike Fish Market, etc... Beware areas adjacent to hotel include unbuilt open spaces poorly paved which felt unsafe walking day time and evenings to the local food store across. Several homeless tents near by. Not a safety problem at all but it is part of the scenery."

"Great location and clean well furnished rooms. I prefer rooms with a more updated clean look which this has. I would definitely stay here again. Convenient to all bus stops, and food locations. Bakery and pizza place across Dahlia Bakery and Serious Pie was good food and ate there twice."

"Breakfast was pretty bad. Breakfast sandwich made me sick. Parking was very secure but also very expensive per day. Room was very small but decently clean. There is no lobby to speak of so if you want be at hotel it is going to be sitting in small room. It is a great location though."
