"We booked this hotel because of the airport shuttle. I called to inform about the time we needed to leave, with the first shuttle at 7:30 am ( nothing is earlier). When we came outside at 7:30 am, the 6 seats shuttle was full. We had to take a taxi for 80 Euros! Unacceptable."

"Excellent stay, very easy to get to from the airport on the free shuttle provided by the hotel or the free airport shuttle, not greatly signposted from the road, however only a couple of minute walk from the bus stop. Staff we very friendly and accommodating, we got an earlier check in than expected. Room was clean modern and well equipped with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. "Nice big, clean room. Helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Property is fenced and gated, well kept. Was able to park inside the property. Restaurant they recommended for dinner was walking distance and quite good. I showed up, rang the gate bell and someone remotely opened it to let me in. Then between 5 to 10 minutes later, someone drove up to check me in. Everything went smoothly. "Shuttle to hotel only runs every hour during the afternoon, so if you miss it by four minutes don’t be tempted to walk. The location seems close to the airport but it is not easily walkable. The hotel is pretty rundown and unfortunately our room wasn’t super clean. There is an onsite restaurant for dinner and the option for breakfast, which was convenient. WiFi was iffy, and we lost power a few times. Happy to have a nice shower and good AC. Shuttle to the airport in the morning was on time and...

"The deluxe room was very clean and had 2 small balconies and a very comfortable bed. The view across the lake was fabulous. Air conditioning was a must as every day was the mid to upper 30’sC. The breakfast buffet was okay…fruit, yogurt etc good but I would avoid the scrambled eggs.. they seemed to be reconstituted…and, as near always in Europe, the bacon was only partially cooked. I would not recommend dinner. The pool area was very good albeit there is the usual scramble for places and music...

"It is a clean facility and nice staff. We had a dinner at the hotel. They provide a dinner buffet and the food was good. The only problem with the buffet, they didn’t have refill of pots, when they got empty!! The check in process of hotel was very long. It was not busy but it seems they have a shortage of staff. It was only one receptionist and he supposed to answer the phones and talk with the guests/ customers!"
