"This place was perfect for our visit. The facility is older yet well maintained. The people were friendly and the complimentary breakfast each morning was great. It nice to find a hotel in Aspen at this price-point that is within walking distance to everything. The bus stop to the Maroon Bells was just two blocks away!"

"Location is the best! Steps from ski rental, lift tickets, and gondola. Great breakfast and lunch. On Saturday night, they provided cheese and chocolate fondue, as well as appetizers in the Great Room. A very nice touch. Wonderful staff and cleaning crew. Free shuttle to and from ASE airport. Free village bus service to all four mountains. Excellent accommodations if you’re in it for the skiing. "

"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite.
Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely.
They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response.
Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30.
Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone?
Staff did call us morning of checkout to...
