I like that the staff was friendly and polite. I also like the size of the room as well as the buffet breakfast. Something I did not like was that the air conditioner filter was a little dirty. Another thing that I like is that the Hotel is pet-friendly.

Hi- I stayed in Embassy Suits on July 19, and it was horrible, the check in took so long, because there was only one person on the desk, the bathroom shower made sounds as if the shower head is going to fall off and also there was poop stain in the toilet. The food area was smelly.

If you like a hotel where the staff doesn’t give a crap, half the items in your room don’t work, the ac will not turn down far enough to keep the humidity out of the room and you can watch homeless people and drug deals right outside the entrance then this is your place. And all for $300 a night. If not then a super 8 would be better.

A nice option for a visit to Pittsburgh. This is a conversion of an historic property that came out quite nicely. The top floor lobby has Embassy Suites breakfast and happy hour and a pool. I prefer thus over other downtown hotels.
