"The staff here were amazing. Every member of staff we met or spoke to were excellent, friendly and helpful. In particular, I’d like to highlight Joanne and Roman in the Club Lounge for their excellent service. We had a suite with a balcony which was excellent, comfortable and very well equipped. The view over Darling Harbour was fantastic. The hotel put an extra bed in for my son in advance. The bathroom was huge - with two sinks, a large bath and a separate walk-in shower. It was cleaned daily and restocked with still water. There was a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge with mini bar, a safe, an iron & ironing board and plenty of towels and toiletries. The hotel is right next to a main road and so there is some extra noise when you open the door to the balcony, but no more than you expect from any city centre hotel. The location is perfect for walking to all the main sights and attractions, but taxis or Ubers are always available out front. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Good value hotel. Less than 20 minutes to walk there with suitcases from the domestic terminal. Friendly staff. Room decor was nice. Quiet rooms. Airport shuttle was $12 per person and runs onn set times, requiring a booking. It was on time and efficient. Only ate breakfast here, which was ok. Very happy with the room and price. I did find the bed felt small for a queen bed and the bed sheet didn't fit properly and was lifting off the mattress. Would recommend this hotel for 1 night."
