Good a room upgrade which was nice - slightly bigger room with better views. Clean, helpful staff, decent breakfast.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! So much that we are already planning to go back for my husbands birthday next year. The staff were all great, from helpful and attentive reception and breakfast staff to the friendly cleaners who all always seemed happy and cheerful. The room was huge and very clean with a great shower and lovely balcony area to sit and relax. Lovely hotel, good facilities and pleasant staff. Staff speak limited English, but enough to get things done. It’s a half board, but doesn’t include any drinks. On the first night we thought that the house wine was included as menu had no price. We then got a bill the next day, which was fine, but just bear in mind that drinks are not included - it wasn’t clear to us. Staff also don’t know the prices, on the following night we asked how much the wine costed, we were told 31 euros and it ended up...

The hotel is very unique - a jungle theme in Austria! The hotel still feels very new, the apartments are well equipped and very spacious. The spa and pool area is perfect for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. We got a free summer card with our stay which was unexpected and saved us a lot of money. Set in a stunning location easily located by car. Underground secure parking with easy access to hotel. Check in process was good but could definitely have benefited from a tour of all the facilities and given more information about what was and wasn't allowed. The aqua dome itself is stunning though overrun with children during the daytime. We didn't like that it was mandatory to be nude in all 2nd floor facilities and were asked several times to remove our bathing suits. In the evening the...

Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Every element feels thoughtful and beautifully executed, creating a really special atmosphere. When we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The hotel is the only one in the area with a swimming pool, and an infra sauna, which I appreciate very much. Location in a beautiful area. Service super, breakfasts excellent. Overall a very friendly hotel, we were here for the third time.
