"Overall, we loved our time at this resort!
Pros:
- Staff is phenomenal. So kind and helpful. David at the front check in desk is 10/10!! “Mini check in” steps for kids is so cute!
- very kid friendly! Splash pad, kid corners everywhere, performances, etc.
- beach is amazing. If you don’t want to spend 21 euros for an umbrella and chairs, you can buy across the street for <$20 or check out their re-use section by the kids pool. We were able to use an umbrella for the week for free! We brought a beach blanket but those can be purchased on the beach by vendors for 10euros.
- breakfast buffet was great. Lots of options, fresh fruit/juices, etc.
- water refill stations are so handy and eco-friendly
- property itself is gorgeous with great 24/7 cafe & delicious Italian restaurant.
Con:
- smelt like sewage every morning after breakfast, and you could tell they tried to use fragrance to mask the smell
- pool chairs seemed to be a little difficult to come by if you didn’t snag something before 10 AM.
- needs more elevators. 2- 1 on each end, is not enough. Wait times were long
- beach towels were always gone by 10AM or they’d say the dryer was broken so 1 hr wait. Front desk wasn’t excited to provide them during 10AM-6PM. So get your towels early.
- parking is not designated to the hotel
- too much catering to English language, we’re in Spain!
- this is pro & con: so nice to have washers/dryers but some didn’t work great & people leave their clothes in. Needs more management"
