"Zustand des Hotels ist wirklich gut und wirkt neu und hochwertig. Das Zimmer ist groß und das Bett bequem. Die Lage ist super. Personal war tendenziell eher wenig freundlich bis unfreundlich. Das Frühstück war leider so schlecht, dass wir nicht mehr im Hotel, sondern außer Haus frühstücken waren. Die Außenpool-Anlage ist schön. Das Hotel möchte für jedes Extra Geld und promotet dies an etlichen Stellen, beispielsweise Kofferwiegen 1€. Dies passt weniger zur Kategorie, zu den das Hotel...

"Rooms (we had two, which is explained later) very nice, modern and clean. First room on the first floor was very noisy due to a locked but not at all soundproof connecting door to the next room. Neighbour played very loud music at 2.15am, and then snored loudly the rest of the night. Asked to be moved to another room the next morning and the staff were very helpful, moved us to a fifth floor room which was much quieter. "Hôtel bien situé, proche plage et centres d’intérêts (aquarium, petit train !) et arrêt de bus pour se rendre dans le centre-ville en 20 minutes. Le personnel est très agréable et bienveillant, tant dans les chambres qu’au restaurant et au spa Le côté adultes only est agréable et reposant et cette vue incroyable du roof pour un apéro musical est magnifique Juste bémol mais l’hôtel n’y peut rien, il y a beaucoup d’allemand alentours qui ne respectent pas vraiment les autres "

"Comfortable rooms which were spacious and tidy. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a good variety for all. Pool bar food and drink were great and reasonably priced. Spa area VERY slippy, would recommend they have someone clearing water more frequently. Would come again for sure. "
