"Good from far, far from good! This hotel is beautiful but so poorly maintained, it is a shame! In many rooms, the air-conditioning did not function. (We were required to change rooms 3x). There was no cold water available from the faucets, only hot. The beds are old, tired and worn. Until and when this hotel gets its act together, I would highly recommend staying elsewhere."

"This was an excellent unit, one of our favorites during our stay in Europe. The location in Gracia was excellent and the check-in process was very easy. We were even able to check in early, which was a pleasant surprise. Staff was friendly and helpful and the unit was well-stocked and as advertised. Great balcony. Recommend!"

"Very nice hotel! Stayed over night prior to leaving for a cruise. Water and coffee in the room as well as their lounge area. Comfy bed and clean bathroom! If traveling again to Barcelona I would stay here- the area was great. Walking distance to many cafes and sight seeing. Easy to get transportation from the hotel as well."

"This hotel was absolutely gorgeous & their entire staff was wonderful. Starting from the time we arrived not only was the staff extremely friendly but they were also very helpful. We spent 3 nights there and each morning they gave us suggestions to make the most of our trip in Barcelona. Great hotel with amazing hospitality & extremely clean."

"Everything about this Hotel is amazing. From the staff at the front desk to the staff at the restaurant , they always go out of their way to make sure we have everything we need. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The location is very convenient , walking distance from the metro and if you need to go anywhere , ask someone at the front desk and they will give you all the information. We will definitely stay there again when we go back."

"Great location, spacious place (we had the 4 bedroom). Photos are a bit nicer than the real place. Nice place but dated. Elevator super slow. Check in was not smooth. I had to call to get the access link after trying WhatsApp and email. They were helpful when I reached them but you’d get your access link automatically at check in time. Overall nice - not more not less."

"From the moment we arrived—which was actually prior to the official check-in time—we felt welcomed! Oscar was amazing, registering us, settling us in in a sitting area and even preparing coffee for us until our room was ready (early!) He was knowledgeable, helpful and very kind, taking time to go over a map of Barcelona with us and even recommending local restaurants. Oh and the breakfast was unbelievable!
