"This was a fantastic pre-cruise hotel in Barcelona. 1. Super-central but still somehow quiet 2. The thermal spa was really lovely after long days of sightseeing 3. The breakfast add-on was absolutely worth it 4. All the staff were pleasant and helpful There was a bit of a mix up with needing two beds but the team sorted it out quickly. I would stay at this hotel again and will recommend it to friends. "

"I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have any… there weee so many places to eat on the doorstep. This is a lovely hotel in a great place. There was works right outside but it didn’t bother us as the windows were sound proof. Lovely staff who were on hand to do anything. Lovely touches with chocolates & sweets in reception if you fancied. Lovely latte on arrival & was given some great info on area. The room was lovely, beds comfy & I would defo recommend or stay again. "

"The standout feature of our stay was the staff who really went the extra miles to make is feel welcome. I celebrated my birthday during the start and the hotel staff were really fabulous and I was also provided with a gift of a bottle of cava on arrival in the early evening. The facilities were also really good and the rooftop bar is a glorious spot"

"We Iove our balcony and the service the staff gave us. Christina was the best! She accommodated us hours before our actual check in time because we came in much earlier than planned. The staff has been so helpful— Mathias, Jesus— they made our stay so enjoyable. I must say the best hot chocolate for only 1.50 Euros is also from this hotel. Breakfast is spectacular!
