"Our room was clean and well maintained. Nice fixtures and little extras around that made it very comfortable. The property was kept clean and was very nice. I think they swept/raked the beach area a few times a day! Pool was great. Restaurant was great. Staff went above and beyond expectations. They were very helpful every time i interacted with them. This is the place to stay when visiting Placencia area!"

"The resort is beautiful, everyone was very kind and very helpful. My only complaint is that I booked an ocean view room and they instead put me in a lagoon room. When I requested to have my room changed they said it would be an additional charge for an upgrade, although that is originally what I paid for was the ocean view room. "

"Its truly an all round wonderful hotel. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming that mathches superb service. Beach at your front door, palm and coconut trees line the beach and pools that lead the dock where one can relax jn a hamock or swinging chair fir couples. The restraunts food is amazing...reserve early."

"Great location and ambiance. Access to beach was great. 3 bedroom ocean view unit rooms were large and nicely decorated, but show a bit of wear and tear. Each room was keyed separately, and one lock was hard to use (rusted up maybe?). But was just a minor inconvenience. Absolutely would stay again! "

"This location was ideal! Our patio overlooked the beach and we were able to walk into the beach unobstructed. It was beautiful! There were several restaurants, bars and stores nearby, including grocery. The walking roads made it easy to get around safely without a need for a golf cart. Although warned repeatedly about the nearby bar noise, we were not disturbed by noise. The staff was excellent. Truly a gem! "

"Beautiful, modern hotel right on the beach. The staff was fantastic, helping with our every need. The restaurant was the best we ate at in Belize. Try the herbed snapper and conch fritters. Also, great cocktails. "

"The room and staff were great! The issue was the location and distance from activites. The shuttel was only available 3 or the 7 days were there and even than it cost $20 USA for each person. Food was good but it was on the spendy side. The $117.00 facility use fee was also a bit of a shock."
