"Valet was excellent! Estephanie and her team were amazing and kind. Restaurant staff very attentive and helpful, we traveled with a group of 5. It was a busy week due to flamenco fest '39. Check-in staff amazing except for this one female who worked Sunday AM 7/21; she could not be bothered with guest. I asked her if I could through some trash in the can behind the desk, she directed me to through it in the women's RR. Then another guest asked the same question and was told there were no trash...

"A last minute road trip put me in albuquerque. Needing a room at the last minute I mistakenly picked.This is this place. From the minute I walked in, I had regrets. First off the sign behind the desk was crooked dirt everywhere on the walls and the doors And all this just in the lobby. I get to my room and it's even worse. I've stated a few places that needed a remodel. This one needed a demolition. As soon as you walk to the door you get hit with a musty moldy smell. Stains, on the bedspread....

"The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial."

"The entrance is a bit awkward to get into, however, the property is lovely, there's a restaurant available - though pricy. The food was good! They don't provide face washcloths and the lotion container was empty. Liked the location, the pool, and the friendly staff."
