"Guy at check in acted like he was annoyed to have to answer basic questions (best direction for access to our room, what time was lobby open for coffee) and he only keyed our room keys for one day and we stayed two. Luckily we got back early and getting them reset was easy. The other two desk staff we interacted with were great and so was the breakfast staff. "I enjoyed my stay. However at the prices that they charge i feel there should be an ice machine and an ironing board Available. I venture to Las Vegas often and I feel that though tourism is a necessary way for income, I also feel its not carte blanch to charge the public radical prices just because you can. Thats my issue here. I asked for more towels for when I was gone and they only did that. They didnt make the bed or replenish the coffee. Again, at nearly 400.00 a night they need to be...

"Hot tub was out service during our stay. The room was excellent, clean, and tidy bed was comfortable and sheets were soft. Pool was mentioned to be heated and at the time we went into the pool is was ok and not heated."

"Staff Megan and Kristina at the desk were very welcoming. Its an older building but very nice and the rooms were very clean and maintained. We did have an issue with the AC and immediately we were moved to an upgraded room. They were very professional and extremely apologetic leaving an apology treat for the inconvenience. "This was my 3rd stay and we really enjoy our time as a family at the Enzian Inn. We watched a movie, swam in the pools, and roasted marshmallows at the fire pit. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is quiet. Great place to take families."
