"Had a wonderful 10 day stay at Chantauvent. Behind the hotel is Blue Bay beach, one of the best beaches in Mauritius. Great opportunity to snorkel and see marine life. Some decent restaurants nearby and airport is only 10 mins away. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was in good condition"

I was reminded of staying at my grandma's. Everything was so clean! We had booked one day because our other accommodation was far away from the airport given the time we came in. "Villa Alizee is probably the best and friendliest place we have stayed in the 4weeks we have spent on this island so far. We were made extremely welcome on our arrival. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished and we had a lovely patio overlooking the pool. The bed was very comfortable. Tea and coffee was available at all times. Breakfasts were made personally to order as were the evening meals. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. Our hire-car was kept secure in a large on-site compound....
