"I was there on business for a week it was perfect for my situation I would definitely stay in the future."

"The rooms can hear everything. So many people running up and down the halls throughout the night/ kids screaming. Sounds proofing could be improved. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast could use some improvements "

"The heat was off when entering the room making it very cold for the middle of February. There were stains on the couch and bed that made for an uneasy feeling. The parking was okay and the staff were kind, the property itself was just dirty. "

"Everything was good except the pool for extremely cold and kids didn’t want to get in. Other guests were there too and complaining of same issue. The hot tub wasn’t hot either. It was just warm. They said it was due to them just having filled it but it took overnight for it to be warm. The pool never did get comfortable enough to swim in. This was the whole reason we stayed here. For our grandkids to swim. Very disappointed. "

"The internet was down for my two day stay. The pool heater was broke. The night watch person was asleep and a customer pushed the help button ten times."

"The room smelled really bad. There were two boxes of baking soda hidden on the floor behind the curtains to try to help with the smell I’m sure. The pool was disgusting which was very disappointing. The wifi was not working I ended up having to call the help number listed online to get IT to manually connect all of our devices after trying for hours. Mattresses felt like cardboard. Linens were clean. Not worth the price at all!"

"The tub in the room had gunk coming out of the Jets, made the water a dark yellow, the pool was closed, seemed to be a motel 6 turned hotel, but other than no pool, and nasty jacuzzi tub in room, it was alright, not worth the $120+ a night, get a airbnb or a more mainstream hotel"

"Probably the best hotel in the area. Room was acceptable but could have been cleaner. Shower seemed like it had soap residue which was not ideal. A few hairs in the bathroom. I booked an accessible room and did not get one but it wasn't the end of the world. "

"There was only a refrigerator in the room and microwave. The staff was extremely nice. Although the place has some age to it, it was clean"

"They robbed me threatened me and had hidden fees the woman made me and my baby sleep in a car after paying for the night she was not helpful or kind asked why my husband couldn’t afford the extra fees said she was from the south side and could have me and my family hurt "

"As always the red roof was excellent except for one comment the owner made I was checking in after my brother. We had two rooms and we both have one dog apiece and he had both dogs with him. I was on my way and I called to let them know that I may not be able to get there until the next day allow him to check into my room just in case and he was like oh he has two dogs.
