"Perfect from start to finish, we had a mountain view and it was breathtaking. Staff was super kind. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of variety. Building is quiet and in a great location. But the icing on the cake was the “ lunch” bag we received, because we were checking out early and would miss breakfast. "Perfect location right near the train station. The hotel is very clean and my room was nicely furnished. The price was reasonable for Zermatt and what stood out was the service. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I used the private steam room/sauna one day and it was wonderful after skiing. I'd gladly stay again."
