The Renieris Hotel is perfectly located, super clean and a very well organised, friendly hotel, perfect for a peaceful relaxing holiday close to Chania. The rooms are very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean by a lovely lady for whom nothing is too much trouble. There is a choice of mountain or sea view, all the rooms have balconies, perfect to sit and read or to watch the amazing sunsets. If you are a nature lover then the country walks from behind the hotel are not to be missed. A...

Excellent. The sea views amazing

Great hotel in an unique historic setting. Very convent location by the harbour with multiple restaurants and landmarks in a walking distance. The a la carte breakfast is very delicious with great variety. We will definitely frequent once again

😝

This is a truly charming hotel, in a great location. The service was so so welcoming it gave us the best start to our holiday in Crete. The staff recommended great local food and the breakfast was just wonderful. I am so glad we went there. We will definitely be going back.

Hotel was great and room was a good size for a family of four. Breakfast was good. It was great value and a perfect location to explore Chania. If arriving by car it isn’t well sign posted from the road and the entrance is down a very pretty alley.

Very highly recommond this hotel. We had a wonderful time, fantastic location opening directly to the old port antica, recently refurbished rooms, brilliant staff and service.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The manager noticed that my birthday was 2 days prior to my arrival, and to my complete surprise, arranged for a cake and an iced bottle of Prosecco to be delivered to my room. A lovely generous, gesture, and such a rarity in today's commercial climate. The facilities were all of an excellent standard, but it's the friendly atmosphere that really sets this hotel apart.

Incredible hotel which we’d recommend wholeheartedly! Hotel staff went out of their way to offer the warmest Greek welcome and first class service, especially Apostolos, Renata, Anna-Maria and the other young man who served breakfast. Hotel is beautifully decorated, with stunning sea view rooms and a wonderful roof terrace. Delightful breakfast with plenty of local treats to sample. Very close to both ports and right in the centre, but quiet. We hope we’ll be back! Efharisto poli!

Niki and all the staff were super-helpful and welcoming, without being intrusive. They kept asking if I needed anything, but everything you could expect from such a place was already there. My room (apartment) was lovely, so nice to have a sofa and couch to sit on! And a balcony to watch over the town square.

What made this place special is the host or manager. A few days before the stay, he had tried to keep in touch with you, and during the whole stay, assisted you through, dining places, transport from and to the next stop and room assistance, etc. Any enquiries were responded within a matter of minutes, via WhatsApp. The best host I had ever encountered. You will surely have a peace of mind in his hands.

Had a lovely stay. Staff was very helpful and informative

Great hotel, Great location on the old bay, restaurants and bars within a short walk. Friendly staff, clean, great to sit outside and have a beer and see the sunset.

Lovely check in staff. Bright, spacious clean rooms. Friendly staff throughout. Great quiet area. Will be back

This is our 2nd visit here and we have booked again for Easter. Absolutely love this place it’s ideally situated for central Chania and just a few metres from the buzz of the harbour. The rooms are lovely and well equipped and the bed is so comfortable, bathroom perfect and very clean and housekeeping every day. You have to walk a short way to their sister hotel for breakfast but all adds to the ambience. The breakfasts are fab with lots of choice. The only tiny issue is that there is no lift...

Tucked away down a little side street in beautiful old town Chania is the elegant, stylish slice of perfection that is La Maison Ottomaine. A small establishment, only three rooms, it offers delightful accommodation and is run by Andreas and his team, Alexandria and Lumi on a bed and breakfast basis. After being very warmly welcomed we had the pleasure of staying in the Constantinople Suite. Elegant and stylish, it combines old world charm with modern high standards of comfort and...

A return trip to lovely Chania and the Old Town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only issue was very poor Wi-Fi and therefore little TV (news)

For a short break this hotel was delightful. It opened only last year so everything feels fresh, clean and thoughtfully put-together. Chic designer interiors but also lovely helpful staff - some nice personal touches for your stay such as a fruit plate and drinks on arrival and breakfast was terrific and beautifully served. All in all this was a great stay just a stroll from Chania town and the beach just 2 minutes away. We couldn't have asked for more.
