We had exactly the same issue this time as we did on our previous visit two years ago - and we are most disappointed that they had not addressed the problem in the interim! I wish the rest of the staff were all like her, only feedback would be the buffet evening food, this needs to get better but everything else made up for that! "The location of this hotel is superb. It sits right on the water, with several restaurants within a short walk. I believe most, if not all, of the rooms have ocean views and a small terrace. Our room had an incredible view directly overlooking the beach, and the terrace was the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise each morning.
