"Although I didn’t spend much time at the hotel, I thought it was an excellent choice. I could have spent several days just enjoying the amenities. The breakfast had plenty of options, and I enjoyed eating on the terrace while enjoying the view. The staff were also very helpful when I needed something. I wish I had stayed longer."

"For an incredibly budget-friendly hotel, this place punched well above its weight—but you must book the upgraded Iconic rooms. The hotel itself is currently a bit of a mishmash and clearly going through some renovations (the daybeds are oddly positioned away from the pool), but it is clean, modern, and highly functional. The location is a fantastic strategic base. It’s right on the edge of San Antonio, meaning you're outside the chaos but only a 5-minute drive from Pikes. Having a Lidl right across the road is also a massive plus for grabbing supplies. The Iconic room itself was absolutely lovely—spacious, newly renovated, and came with a massive balcony. Upgrading also unlocks a late breakfast service (brilliant if you've been out late). There was an initial check-in mix-up where they put me in a standard room first, which was frustrating with heavy luggage, but staff corrected it quickly. The upgrade is completely worth it. Expect some classic budget hotel hidden fees. They try to charge you a €2 deposit just to use a plastic cup by the pool, and parking was €10 a night instead of the €5 listed online. However, I was happy to pay it for the peace of mind of having a hire car in a secure lot rather than across the road. The Verdict: Excellent value for money if you bypass the standard rooms. I would absolutely use it as a base again."

"If you’re considering this hotel for a special occasion, do yourself a favor and keep looking. I wish I had listened to the reviews before booking. My fiancée and I chose this property to celebrate our engagement and noted that in advance. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like a transaction. Even the engagement amenity came more than an hour after we settled in. The rooftop staff were rude, condescending, and disengaged. Service felt transactional, and it was hard to get anyone’s attention. The room was far from luxury. The “Sea View” category is misleading, with major obstructions not shown in photos. The room had drainage issues, lacked basic amenities, and the bed creaked all night. There was no fitted sheet, and the pillows were flat. The food was poor. Breakfast lacked flavor, the poolside menu felt like frozen food at premium prices, and the “Margherita” pizza was basically cheese pizza with a basil leaf on top. My interaction with Jose Luis said everything. When I shared our concerns, he smiled through much of the conversation and showed little empathy. He said last year’s staff had been replaced and that he was happy with the current team. When I mentioned the beds, he cut me off and said, “I know the beds. I sleep here often.” When we chose to leave after one night of a three-night stay, the focus stayed on how I would not get my deposit back, not on fixing the experience. This did not feel like growing pains. This felt like the identity of the operation."

"The hotel is central & very clean, the food is ok just like any other all inclusive you will always find something you like. The downside I found was that the corridors echoed & you could hear everything @ all times of night (so don’t expect a good nights sleep) I had someone trying to get in my room @ 1.40am extremely drunk & had to change rooms because of music blasting in the room next door until gone 2am the 1st night I arrived. Overall ok but definitely wouldn’t be in a rush to go back."

"Stayed for 5 nights check in was excellent and friendly, room was available on arrival early and had everything included safe fridge choice of air-conditioning on ceiling fan both kept you cool.Gym and spa downstairs felt the gym lacked a multi gym weight machine plenty of running machines.Pool area was excellent and bar and drinks facilities around the pool excellent too, Fina the waitress was friendly and helpful and looked after you supply refreshments. Pool area had lots of beds jacuzzi and double lounge bed, separate area away from pool if you wanted it.close too bar and shops supermarkets and food. Beach was 3 or 4 minutes away and a bus service across the road. Breakfast and evening meal plenty of choice and good quality lots of healthy options. Good ambience in the hotel no noisey people lots of mixed ages and friendly people. Only slight issue I had was dinner was 19.30 usually bit late would have preferred 18.30 or 19.00, outside there were 2 local Spanish bars if you turned right on the main road which were cheap and nice, nice walk down the bay too other bars and the town which took about 20mins.Would come again and enjoyed the stay."

"Good Property was conveniently located next to the main shopping and entertainment area of Ibiza. The pool was well kept and the room was cleaned daily. Bad Room was supposed to sleep 4 and was only set up for 3. Kitchen had 3 of each utensil and plates/bowls and only 3 beds. Kitchen was poorly provided with no kettle or toaster and coffee maker was dirty. Parking was provided but very tricky with a small SUV"
