"Nice hotel, we booked 2 rooms one for 2 adults and one for rest of the family, but standard rooms are not ideal for 2 adults and a child. All staff except the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, sadly each of the receptionists that we encountered had a strange attitude towards customers requesting support. Food very good and a great variety, pool area and bar teams were great with families."

"It's a beautiful little hotel right in the heart of Mahon close to all the main sites, the harbour and shops and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very large and really beautifully decorated and well maintained. Having freshly cooked breakfast brought to you was a treat. Cannot recommend this hotel enough"

" Bonjour.Nous avions pris un appartement hôtel d’après le descriptif il devait y avoir une bouilloire qui ne se trouvais pas dans l'appartement.Ensuite pour un appart hôtel il n'a jamais été précisé qu'il était entièrement vide aucun ustensile de cuisine alors que dans les apparts de la concurrence il y a toujours les ustensiles de cuisine.Nous devions louer les ustensiles.Ensuite l’éclairage extérieur pour arriver a l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas. "The room had no air conditioning so it was far too hot to sleep. Parking was a nightmare as spaces are very limited so had to find a street away from the hotel. Breakfast wasn’t great quality and pigeons leaving faeces in the area which I appreciate isn’t the hotels fault but perhaps a cover over the outside area. Staff helpful and friendly and overall modern clean hotel. Disappointed whirlpools on roof were freezing cold."
