"Staff was helpful and nice, but I had to wait about 10mins to check-in as no one was at the desk at 10pm. Room was big but felt old and not well maintained. We had holes in our blanket, an awkwardly placed toilet with a weak flush, a shower with slides doors that almost came off, and noise from the plastic fitter of the air conditioning that kept smacking in the night from wind. Overall, we didn’t find any dirt or grime, but the property felt extremely dated and fragile in spots."

"C'est mon endroit de choix lorsque je vais à Plattsburgh (plusieurs fois par année) et le service est toujours exceptionnel. L'état des lieux est parfait et le check-in / check-out se fait rapidement. P.S.: Serait-il possible d'offrir la pâte a crêpe ou gauffre à tout les jours?"

"Room 128 was not cleaned after we returned to the room later, help desk said all the maids called out? So asked for another room! A/C would not work! Check out a day early and went somewhere else."

"This hotel was so fun for my 8 year old who loved the arcade and waterslides. The room keys often stopped working for all 4 adults on the trip. We had to keep going to the main desk. They just need to update the system I think. We wish they offered housekeeping services during our 2 night stay. Bath tub and bathroom door not the cleanest. This hotel could use a bit of extra love (updating and deep clean). Price was good "

"There was a small mishap but the staffs attempt to address the problem right away. They are very responsive."

"Sadly the pool area needed a good renovation, the hot tub brought in a fair amount of boiling water, which you could feel with your legs, and the shower had little pressure and heat. Breakfast was good but would of benefited from some fruits. 🍉 Sadly, not worth the price."

"Le dejeuner est bien. J'aurais aimé des oeufs durs, je ne mange pas d'omelette et d'autres personnes aussi. L'eau de la piscine était froide."

"Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Loud traffic on road especially in AM. Bartender never smiled unless it was with her friends/coworkers. Food was interesting not my favorite. No closet or dresser, just random hanging hangers."
