"I loved staying here- clean facility and friendliest staff. Especially front desk. Male Hispanic was outstanding. Very courteous and professional. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is for the gym facility. It had a very strange odor and the tvs and a/c in there didn't work. Otherwise great hot tub and comfy rooms."

"Terrible stay. From the moment I entered my room, I found an ozone generator running, which made me cough and caused lung irritation throughout the day. These machines are too risky to have on when guests arrive and should never be used in occupied rooms, as they can be dangerous to people and animals. They switched my room, but the issues continued. On the second night, the fire alarm went off at 4:00 AM for about 10 minutes, then again from 5:00 AM to 5:38 AM. I didn’t get any sleep that...

The ice machine on our floor was out of order, the room we got had a chirping fire alarm, and when we reached for the phone to call the front desk, we discovered it wasn't even plugged in, so we had to walk down to the front desk to inform them. "Easy check in and out. The rooms are ok, could be updated on certain things but are bug free. Didnt free any of the free breakfast. We went to the honey berry cafe next door that is absolutely great."
