"This is a lovely hotel with great views of the beach. We sat looking out of our window watching the surfers. The breakfast was excellent, especially the views from the ninth floor."

Wish the continental breakfast had more variety for folks that are not from Spain, but the food was ok. The hotel is clean, well-taken care of and comfortable for the price. "Surprisingly quiet despite being next to the airport."

"It is a beautiful property at the center of the city. The garders are spectacular and the breakfast spread is absolutely delicious. I stay here each time I visit Aviles. My only complaint is that rooms need upgrades-- the beds/mattresses are a little stiff and they still use double twin beds pushed together to make a full/queen sized bed. Some of the wallpaper in my room was bubbling, not a big deal, but it is notable for a 5 star hotel. "
