Rooms very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Food very tasty , available and diverse. Just a block from downtown and main beach. Pool was a little cold and lounge chairs not abundant.

The room was very spacious, clean, and spotless. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the entertainment was fantastic, keeping guests engaged all day. The food exceeded expectations, honestly better than Xcaret in terms of room and food options.
