"The room was decent size and the bed was fairly comfortable. There was hair in the shower floor and long like the maids I saw. None of the staff great you or say hi. My room was next door to the staffs cleaning supplies room. Don't stay in room 204! The cleaning staff is inconsiderate of being quiet and banging stuff against the walls at 6:30-7:00 am. "Beautiful, well maintained and great location on Jacksonville beach! Rooms looked brand new, clean and we had a great view of the ocean. A great breakfast every morning with a big variety of different options to fuel your day! A great onsite restaurant with good drinks, great food and outstanding view."

"The room was spacious and clean. The walk to the beach was short. You could easily see the ocean from the room and balcony. Beautiful sunrises. Dennis, the Guest Service Manager, is very friendly and helpful. The elevators (there are 2) are very slow."

Breakfast wasn’t my kind of tea, but it looked like people were enjoying it. Check-out was just as professional. "I traveled with my teenage son and his friend for spring break, and I was a bit frustrated because I had to ask for our room to be cleaned and to get fresh towels when needed. And then even when I asked, it did not happen. I don't know if that is not a daily activity they do on all the rooms, but if that is the case, I wish they would lay out that expectation upon check in."
