"Great property. Well positioned. Nice staff. Several items within room broken (shower, shower door, bathroom lock fell off when door opened, small hole in wall covered by plastic palm sized brick)."

"I received a message from the property owner that check-in was only available between 4 PM and 7 PM. Unfortunately, this posed a challenge for me, as I had a business dinner scheduled for 7:30 PM. Additionally, the property’s listing mentioned a complimentary shuttle service available 24/7, which I later found was not the case. As a result, I had to arrange for an Uber at my own expense. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I believe it could be improved for future guests....

"Great rooms,staff are very polite and friendly. Dislike, the breakfast could have been hotter but I've been assured that new warming plates are being ordered. Maybe the introduction of bacon....we left before, 7am to catch our flight.so missed out on breakfast, staff don't start until 7.30 am. No night porter /reception, for a 4 star boutique hotel not that professional."

"Really liked the location. The cruise ship types can have Valletta, the 20 something’s can have Sliema. For those who want something more interesting the Bormla/Cospicua neighborhood has a real ‚you are there vibe‘. It is also a short water taxi ride to Valletta and is on the bus lines if you want to explore other parts of the island. "Fort det første så har ikke dette hotellet egen resepsjon, du må dra til ett annet hotell for å sjekke inn som er 500m nedi gata. Dette står når du bestiller, men jeg fikk ikke det med meg. Det er en god del sort mugg på badet, blandebatteriet i dusjen var ødelagt noe som medførte kok dusj hver morgen. Heisen stoppet nesten hver gang jeg brukte den, noe som ikke føles så veldig trygt. Selve rommet var rent og ok plassering. Sengen var veldig hard, men tror det er ganske vanlig på Malta....

"Taxi's couldn't drive down the street, so you had alot of stairs to climb. Poor lighting when checking in at night, and key pad has the bell sign over the # key so was confusing. Also got wrong details when checking in."

"1. No lift for 2nd floor units, narrow stairs to carry heavy luggage. 2. Too narrow doors to move freely in and out of rooms 3. First two nights Airconditioning was controlled by the owner and it was put to off or not working, suffered in heat after heated email/text , they switched it ON. 4. Breakfast has very specific timings per room , need to visit only in that 30 min window for breakfast. 5. Near to Airport, and near by general shops and bustop. I will not recommend this place to anyone,...

"The property was well located for transport links. The room was clean and well kept. The only issue i had in the room was the shower head was placed a bit too low. The arrivals and departures was easy with the codes. There was an issue one night when my phone died and so i struggled to get in. Overall i had a very nice stay here. "
