"Apartamento 207 estaba ocupado, así que nos ubicaron en 206. Falta de limpieza urgente. Baño en pésimas condiciones. Calentador de ducha nunca calentó. Area de sala comedor imposible por el calor, no cuenta con ningun tipo de ventilación o abanicos. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo."

"Las escaleras del lugar están deterioradas e inseguras. El servicio de internet no estaba funcionando y nunca funcionó. El beeper de entrar al estacionamiento no funcionó, tuvo que ser reemplazado. El estacionamiento muy pequeño. Venetian blinds para privacidad en la sala estaban inservibles (rotas). Nevera tenía un problema de salida de agua por la parte de abajo. Abandoné el lugar un día antes por todo esto."

The staff is friendly and helpful, the decor of the room was lovely, and the views are amazing. When I visit the hacienda I'm looking foward to walk around the coffe plants, and birdwatch.
