"I was lucky enough to have the room in the tower (I think it’s described as the Premium Double) which was excellent. It had a private terrace with impressive views of Cádiz, and was perfectly quiet and extremely comfortable. (Just a note for those with mobility issues: the lift will take you as far as the third floor, but there’s a further flight of stairs to reach room 41 - so a different room might suit some people better)). I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Casa Cánovas again if I ever return to Cádiz."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The hotel is 1 minute away from the beautiful Playa Victoria beach. There is a lovely swimming pool and sundeck area looking out over the ocean. There is a bus stop (about 1 minute walk away) for the Line 1 bus which comes every 7-10 minutes making trips into the old city seamless (and cheap). Staff were friendly and helpful with any queries. Breakfast had excellent selection of fresh fruits/yoghurt and cold meats/cheeses. Loads of dining options nearby for evening time. I would stay here again if returning to Cadiz."

"This is a beautifully designed little hotel with a lovely rooftop terrace and a pretty sitting area past the front desk. Our room was small but cleverly apportioned, with a closet tucked in a corner and shelving under the TV. Great location on a nice quiet street, 10 minute walk from the historic city center. We loved Cadiz!"

"Great hotel in a great location. Check in online is so easy and speeds up your arrival check too. The room was very clean, great shower with plenty of hot water. Buffet Breakfast. The hotel is walking distance to many places to eat & drink, the main centre with all the shops & historic sites. You can walk to the sandy beach, walking distance to the Cruise Ship Port, parking next to the port also. We didn't use the public transport as everything was within walking distance from the hotel."

"This hotel is an absolute gem and is located opposite the cathedral. Fantastic location and only a 10min walk from the train station. The staff were great and the breakfast is a must for the stay. Super clean and modern! Overall incredible value for money!"
