"We booked 7 nights but we had to leave after a night stay. The day we arrived to the hotel at night but there is no one in the front desk so we had to wait over 40 minutes wondering what went wrong! Imagine how anyone will feel about this! The room is not clean and no towels in the room so we had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels. The towels are so old and had the bleach a over the towels and the towel mats! No hocks in the bathroom for towels either. Absolutely not recommend...

"We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and located in an excellent neighborhood. The area felt safe and was very convenient for restaurants, shops, and sightseeing. We especially appreciated having a kitchen and a washing machine, which made our trip much more comfortable. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers."

"I booked this hotel for a one night stay for my elderly dad and the flight from Atlanta always gets in at 9am and check in is usually until 3pm but I am so grateful they gave him his room right away and he did not have to wait and could catch up on his sleep before continuing his travels the next day! Staff were lovely and extremely helpful, including helping us out with the taxi on arrival due to payment confusion and lack of local currency. Location also perfect for what we wanted - easy access to metro but out of the city at night with access to all of Palermo’s amazing restaurants and bars."

"El apart hotel está ubicado en una de las mejores zonas de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires en el cercanías del Jardín Botánico. Un barrio residencial y tranquilo con múltiples opciones gastronómicas como así también de entretenimientos y servicios a los que se puede acceder caminando. El espacio es amplio, con mucha luz y moderno. Kitchenette muy bien equipada y múltiples lugares de guardado. Muy buen comunicación con los propietarios. Muy recomendable."
