"The restaurant was excellent. The food was delicious, the music was great, and the staff was friendly. However, there were a few issues with the accommodation. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever they were there, but in the morning there was no one available, and there was no one I could ask for assistance when I needed help. "The reservation was a total screw up/disaster. I arrived and found that the office was locked up at 6:06pm and a sign saying all rooms sold out. No one was there. I called a number for the motel that I found online. The person said that there was no reservation in my name. I gave the itinerary number you supplied. The person continued to say there was no reservation. I don’t know if a problem was on your end or the motel end. It was a TERRIBLE experience!!!"

The contactless check-in was incredibly convenient, and the room felt elevated with high-end linens, luxury bath amenities, and excellent local coffee. We spent our mornings looking out at the quiet lake and our days exploring nearby Hawley and State Parks. It’s the perfect, peaceful basecamp for a weekend trip. Highly recommend!"
