"Overall this is a great hotel. The location is fantastic for getting to restaurants and attractions near the riverwalk. Most are within walking distance. You can walk out the back doors and you are standing on the riverwalk. Food at the on site restaurant is okay, nothing special. The food is very overpriced for what you get.The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are a little outdated and could use a refresh."

"We Brooke de this hotel last minute, it was a really great stay it was clean and well maintianed despite the age of the building. Staff were súper friendly. The bar and dinner were really convenient since they were Connected to the hotel. The location is perfect since its right on the River walk!"

"I have stayed in a lot of hotels in the last 20 years and this might be my favorite one of all time. The reason why was the staff. They all seemed so happy, enjoying their job, happy to help. I didn't feel like I was in the US, but instead another country. The hotel is beautiful and the beds and towels were great, but whomever is managing this hotel - kudos to you."

"Beautiful hotel and great location, very close to the river walk. Only downfall was our room was very noisy, we were right next to the elevator and heard mechanical sounds all night. The toilet in the room did not flush either. Valet did take a very long time, 15 min wait turned into 45 min."

"I absolutely LOVED my stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The location is perfect for tourist, there are a lot of bars in walking distance. The pool was my absolute favorite, I spent a lot of time there. & the spa? My massage was a 100/10, definitely recommend going if you have the extra coins."
