The location is beautiful with lots of hiking trails nearby and easy entry to the P3 entrance of the park. Very nice staff.

The Villa Prica is beautiful, nearly new, and the rooms were very spacious! The host was delightful, breakfast was for purchase, but it was delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend this property.

Property is a 20 minute walk to Entrance 3 which proved to be a less busy entrance with quick access to either lower or upper lakes. The property is in the midst of a small village therefore very quiet but not a lot of food options other than the property restaurant which had good variety and tasty. Be prepared though as it is a fair drive up the mountain with the last 30 minutes on not a very wide road.

Property is was off the beaten path . Very far off Main road in the dark. Make sure you locate in day light and check your maps you cannot access this location through the national park

This was such a perfect place to stay for our visit to Plitvice Lakes. It was walkable to an entrance. The host gave us directions and guided us in getting tickets online. It is family run and they made us feel like family the minute we walked in. Breakfast is included with your stay and was plentiful. Dinner is extra and you will appreciate having a filling,delicious meal with good conversation after hiking all day right there by your lodging. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. 100% recommend to those headed to the lakes. It is a long and windy road on the way up, but so worth it!!

The goats were very gracious, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very quick walk to the park and there are lots of cats to see along the way. The food at the inn restaurant was very fresh and delicious.

Great place to stay and staff (family own) were very helpful and nice. A bit out of town so you have to call a taxi to get to places. There is a close entrance from the hotel but we didn’t use it since you have to walk a bit. Overall a great one to stay if you’re looking for quiet time and have a car.

The property and rooms were beautiful and comfortable. I had done some research and saw that if we came the day before our tickets that we could maybe get a glimpse of the Falls when we got in. The staff guided us in doing so and then helped us plan the best approach for the next day (which was invaluable). We had a delicious meal Saturday evening with only having to walk a few short steps. The bed was comfortable and the shower was delightful. This was a perfect stay!

Beautiful house and surrounding area. Convenient 15 min walk to the park entrance. Rooms are very modern, excellent shower, complimentary tea in the room. The best part was the home made food that was offered by hosts. It was the best we had in Croatia. Highly recommend getting breakfast and dinner there. We really enjoyed the stay there.

Perfect place to start your lake experience!

We had a great experience at Villa Prica! It's a family run villa and everyone in the family participates. It allows for a very enjoyable and fulfilling experience! The rooms are clean and cozy...but lots of room to spread out. The breakfast and supper meals were awesome and delicious. The air was fresh and we had some great weather...truly enjoyable...would definitely recommend.

This hotel was OK for a short stay. But the area is not so close to the Plitvice Lakes as it would seem. It appears to be right beside it on a map but the road connecting it is long and goes up to the north. It leads to a much longer commute to the national park than you would think. And given this, you are essentially stuck in this isolated area. You have no choice but to eat the food at this facility, which is paltry at best. It is some of the worst food I have ever eaten at a hotel. And when I did arrive, they insisted that I pay cash for the room, which was completely unexpected and atypical. I basically agreed to do so, and handed them just about all of the actual cash I had on me. I did not appreciate that and I felt it was low class. On the positive side, the place was clean and the room was comfortable. And the hosts were nice and helpful after they received the cash. Also the area around the establishment was nice. But I definitely would not stay at this place again.
