"Check in was easy, Game room,fitness room and laundry were locked most of the time and didn’t have access. Front desk was not open in the mornings and no one was there working in the mornings. The room was outdated; screen to the balcony didn’t work great and the room was not vacuumed. Found food and garbage in the main bedroom on the floor at the nightstands when we arrived. "We stayed in one of the suites across from the original property and it was perfect. It accommodated our family of 6 and the walking distance to the boardwalk and beach was close and easy especially with two toddlers. The suite was super clean. The only complaint would be them not enforcing the quiet hours, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors. Especially the loud ones at 3:30am with loud music and yelling. Other than that we had a great experience!"

"Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus.
