"I filled out the online check-in form as requested via message in Expedia. While filling out the form, I added into the notes that I would be arriving around 1:30am due to a flight delay. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that my room was given away to someone else and I was given a different room type of a lesser quality, despite the fact that I had checked in online, noted my late arrival time, and paid for a nicer room overlooking the pool for my kids.

"It was an old facility and it showed. The room we were in was nice and it looked like the company might have re worked the rooms recently. We had an issue with stained towels and linens and I was told that an outside company handled cleaning them . The staff was great and got all the issues with linens and towels resolved"

"The room was a nice size room for 4, clean but there wasn't enough bath towels for 4 just 2 and it would have been nicer if there were bigger. They had shampoo and conditioner put it just a small packet but again not enough for 4 people. There's a great store nearby called thr Ocean State Job Lot on 285 Main Street on Buzzards Bay with excellent prices on bath sheet towels $8.99/each. They have great restaurants one called the Pilot House 20 mins away, Loafy Loft with great Vietnamese ice...
