"The room itself was clean but the AC did not function properly. There was a note suggesting to open a window to cool down the room, but there were no screens on the windows. The property overall was rundown and unkempt. This is more accurately a two-star hotel. "

"Thefirst room was okay. They moved me to accommodate another guest. The new room had brown smears on the towels, dirty floors and air head wrapper in the vent. The staff left my personal information on the pad at the front for all other guests to see. My name, phone number etc. Attempted for a week to contact managment only to have my call ignored and told the manager is out. Only giving 1 star because I cant leave a zero."

"Our room was perfect, clean with a great view. The spa was amazing and the food was excellent!"

"Great hotel to stay at room was great. We got the room with the whirlpool tub and it was more than big enough for two or more people to relax in.the pool has a hot tub area and enjoyed them also . Breakfast was just what I was hoping for. If I did have anything bad to say is that we could hear the room next to us when they used the shower. Other than that not much bad to say and I will come back to this hotel on my next trip to Kennewick "
