"They have eliminated the in-room coffee - tea makers and mugs. They offer “complementary” coffee in the lobby only from 4AM to 7 AM! That’s when the restaurant opens so you can BUY to-go coffee or tea. Ridiculous!"

The tv was far too small for the distance from the bed, so I just watched shows on my computer. At the check-in the agent was disputing with me over a drink voucher and whether or not I qualified for one even though I had an email saying I did. I finally told her I'm not looking to dispute this bc it doesn't matter that much. She then just handed it to me. "
