Great courtyard, library, bar, dining room. Rooms beautiful, really comfy bed, nice balcony.
90% of the staff amazing and courteous. A couple of them though could do with retraining to bring them up to the level of their amazing colleagues.

"The apartment was spacious and clean. The proximity to the city center was better than I imagined. The host was always available and communicated promptly. I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment stay other than the water pressure could have been better and an air conditioning unit in the living room would be beneficial as one AC unit in the bedroom struggles to cool the whole apartment. Great value!!"
"We really liked this hotel, we stayed there twice and every time we experienced really great service, very clean and comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast made from scratch every day! Both visits we happened to have the same receptionist - very beautiful lady with long black hair. I think her name is Anjelica. Sorry I may be wrong. She has been really helpful to us with Restaurant recommendations, general questions, they even printed for us travel information for free. Breakfast was the best...

"This place is great. It’s location can’t be beat. You are literally within a minute or less to a river view and great restaurant or just a few minute walk to the Kalemegden Park/ Fortress. The hostess and her family were very helpful and welcoming."

"Ett fräscht, modernt och välstädat hotell med mycket teknik. Allt från gardinerna (styrdes via en surfplatta!) till den stora TV:n imponerade på oss. TV:n hade massor av funktioner och kanaler, vilket var ett stort plus. Vi sov riktigt gott i sköna sängar. På morgonen hördes lite ljud från restaurangen ovanför, men det var inget som störde särskilt mycket. Vi ser fram emot att bo här igen!
