"I was extremely disappointed with Expedia's customer service, as I was quoted a price on the website and made my decision to book my stay based on that quoted rate. Upon check-in at the motel, I was charged more than Expedia's quoted, "You Will Pay" rate, so I contacted customer service. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Any additional charges would have to be taken up with motel's management. If I am given a price and decide to book my stay through your website - rather than booking directly through the motel itself, I feel, as a patron of YOUR services, any issues with booking should be the concern of YOUR staff! There was no concern or interest in helping to find a resolution!"

"Perfect stay. Nicely maintained building and landscaping. Very welcoming foyer and lobby. Fast, easy check-in, helpful friendly staff. Welcomed by a yellow Labrador “Howie”. Clean room, bathroom, comfortable bed and spacious and quiet. Great free breakfast with a lot of fresh items to choose from, Awesome indoor heated pool was refreshing, spacious and warm. Perfect location across from the Grotto of Redemption. Fantastic staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything excellent and look forward to returning. "

"The large parking lot had plenty of space for our uhaul trucks and trailers. The room had a half-size fridge with a microwave, kitchen sink and open cupboards for food and dishes (not supplied). The best feature we utilized was the outside door from our room. We parked directly outside of our room, which made bringing things in and out a breeze. There was also an inside hall door that led everywhere else in the motel. Continental breakfast was pretty standard. I appreciate that they called to let me know I forgot my pillows."

"Parking was very easy we had a truck and trailer and it wasn’t a problem. The room was extremely cleaned and smelt fresh and the girl behind the reception desk could not have been any nicer. We would definitely stay there again if we were passing through the area and the price was unbelievably inexpensive."
